Availability
Check-in – As there is no reception service available at all hours of the day, guests must arrange their arrival time with the managers of B&B Toma la Luna. Without a prior agreement, guests may face an unexpected wait for which we are not responsible and which does not entitle them to any refund. Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a valid ID for registration in accordance with current regulations. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the penal code and prevents us from welcoming guests. Our guests' data are processed in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Check-out — On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
Keys – Keys will be handed over upon payment and must be returned on the day of departure. In case of loss, the lock will need to be replaced and a penalty of €350.00 will be charged.
Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all areas and rooms. This simple rule is intended to protect non-smokers and future guests, and is also a fire prevention measure.
Guests– Access is not allowed to friends or guests who are not registered and staying at the B&B.
Personal Belongings – B&B Toma la Luna declines all responsibility for loss, theft or damage to items left in the rooms, as well as for any damage to persons, animals or things caused by or to third parties. Any damages must be reported and compensated immediately to the manager.
Quiet Hours – In accordance with the regulations of B&B Toma la Luna and Municipal Police rules, guests are requested to observe quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Security – Please ensure the front door is properly closed and that all doors and windows are securely shut whenever you leave or enter the property.
Utilities – Please remember to turn off lights, air conditioners, TVs and other devices whenever you leave the room. Water is precious: let's use it wisely.
